I started working with Coach Aimee two weeks before Thanksgiving. Not the time most people decide to focus on healthy eating and exercise. I was desperate though and really needed help. What I liked most about Aimee as a coach is she meets me where I am and creates a plan that works for my life. She doesn’t let me get down on myself.
